You are the best! Thank you so much! The other link didn’t make much sense since they omitted some parts. I love the respect that these film actors have for each other. Some Korean friends said Tang Wei asked Go-eun if she could hug her. She had mentioned before that she was a fan of Kim Go-eun. Tang Wei is a major talent in the film industry, and she won the Best Actor award for both Baeksang and Blue Dragon.
I hope she is doing better, too. As she said, her closest friend, Baek Jin-gyeong, passed away last year. She had been her supporter since the beginning of her career.
I’m not a fan of horror films, but when they are done right, like “The Wailing,” I’ll watch them. “Exhuma” was another great film. I’m still trying to digest it and will need a second or third viewing. I’m glad I watched “Shogun” first since the background history of both Japan and Korea in the 1600s is still fresh in my mind.
Shout out to Lee Do-hyun for winning his first Baeksang film award. I’ve never finished any of his dramas before, but he deserved his award, too. The great Choi Min-Shik and Yoo Hae-jin, one of the best-supporting actors in Chungmuro, were also nominated. Yay for the Grave Avengers. Such a talented cast!!!
