Although actress Han So Hee previously received mixed views about her acting in Nevertheless, she has slowly gained the respect and love of netizens for showcasing diversity, skills, and personality in all of her roles. In particular, her appearance as the badass lead character in My Name opened people’s eyes to the actress.
Aside from her amazing acting, Han So Hee has also been praised for her “Princess” visuals and elegance wherever she goes, whether it’s taking selfies, walking the red carpet, or having photoshoots.
Yet, another thing that is always spoken about is the actress’s pre-debut visuals. In July 2021, she went viral after fans found very different pictures. In these images found on her blog and social media, Han So Hee had a much darker style which was very different from her pure image.
In the photos, she is seen wearing darker clothes and makeup with tattoos on show, and even some of her smoking cigarettes.
Although the actress shared that she covers the tattoos when working, Han So Hee voiced that she wasn’t ashamed of her look and pictures and instead raised the issue of how men and women in the Korean entertainment industry are held to different standards.
It seems like she is giving netizens a rare glimpse of those tattoos, and everyone’s going crazy.
On May 9 (KST), Han So Hee posted pictures from a recent photoshoot she had with fashion brand Balenciaga. In the images, Han So Hee already seems to channel her pre-debut vibes in a look edgier and out there than her usual looks.
The actress even showed some skin in the denim looks and wowed netizens with her proportions and effortless beauty.
One photo stood out the most and it was a stunning shot of Han So Hee in a denim jacket and black bandeau top. Yet, it was a shot of her tattoo that netizens couldn’t stop looking at as the photo showed a delicate flower showing above the waistline of her jeans.
As expected, netizens couldn’t stop sharing their excitement at seeing the return of Han So Hee’s “Tattoo Era.”

Han So Hee always wows with her visuals, but as she has gained popularity, her personality, and dedication to embracing who she is also shines. In an interview, Han So Hee called out double standards and is now showing her tattoos, showing that there is no traditional “Korean beauty.”
