DNA Lover kdrama – Episode 10 Recap and Spoilers.

In the latest episode of TV CHOSUN’s weekend miniseries ‘DNA Lover’, Shim Yeon-woo (Choi Si-won) and Han So-jin (Jung In-sun) resolved a misunderstanding caused by Shim Yeon-woo’s ex, Jang Mi-eun (Jung Yu-jin). Their sincere feelings for each other were reaffirmed through an emotional confession and a heartfelt hug.

In the 10th episode, Choi Si-won and Jung In-sun will amplify the drama with a beach date that turns tense. During a seemingly joyful time at the beach, where Shim Yeon-woo takes cheerful photos of Han So-jin and they share affectionate glances, the mood shifts unexpectedly. While writing postcards to their future partners, Han So-jin reacts with shock to something Shim Yeon-woo has written, leaving him equally puzzled. The focus will be on what’s written in the postcard that has caused Han So-jin to become distant, and whether their romance can survive this challenge.

Choi Si-won and Jung In-sun impressed with their dynamic performances during this intense scene, capturing the swift shifts between joy and foreboding. Their chemistry in the romantic scenes was enhanced by spontaneous ad-libs, and the tension in the mailbox scene left everyone on set holding their breath. Despite the heat, the pair demonstrated strong teamwork and mutual support, creating a warm and engaging atmosphere on set.

Meanwhile, Seo Kang-hoon comes to terms with his feelings for Han So-jin but ultimately decides to let go after seeing her and Shim Yeon-woo (Choi Si-won) deeply in love. Reflecting on his unspoken emotions, Seo Kang-hoon laments, “If only I had recognized my feelings sooner, could things have turned out differently?” and is left heartbroken, shedding tears in solitude.

Though Seo Kang-hoon attempts to conceal his feelings, the focus remains on the burgeoning romance between Han So-jin and Shim Yeon-woo. When Shim Yeon-woo mentions that he can easily discard old photos of his ex-lover Jang Mi-eun (Jung Yu-jin), Seo Kang-hoon expresses his concern, saying, “I’m worried that So-jin’s memories might be dismissed just as easily.”
