Korean hip hop group Epik High was once again invited to perform at Coachella!
In the official lineup released by Coachella, it was confirmed that Epik High will perform on two days: April 12 and 19.
Epik High made history in 2016 when they became the first Korean group to perform at Coachella. They are once again leaving a mark on the Korean music scene by being the only group to have been invited to the festival twice.
They paved the way for the appearance of other Korean acts in the international music scene. Following in Epik High’s footsteps is BLACKPINK who attended the festival in 2019. To date, they are still the only female K-Pop group to have performed in Coachella.
It was also confirmed that BIGBANG will make their long-awaited comeback in this year’s Coachella, albeit on different days than Epik High’s performance.
Coachella is a music and arts festival held annually in California. It has gained popularity in recent years for being an integral part of American pop culture.
