EXID‘s Solji has reportedly left Banana Culture Entertainment.
On February 5, it was reported that Solji and Banana Culture Entertainment have gone their separate ways. If the report is true, then she will be the fourth member of EXID to leave the company, with LE being the only member still signed to the agency.
Solji reportedly renewed her contract with Banana Culture last May in hopes of releasing solo music. However, after her contract renewal, she only focused on her personal YouTube channel and sang a few OSTs for dramas.
Many entertainment officials are reporting that Solji is currently searching for a new company that can support her musically. Due to the fact that she took a long hiatus because of her health issues, she’s more than ready to make a strong comeback with an album.
Other members that left Banana Culture, such as Hani, are focusing on their solo activities such as acting.
Fans also hope that Solji will be able to start fresh with a new company and release new music for the New Year.
