Actress Jang Na-ra was stunned by Kim Joon-han’s revelation in Good Partner.

In episode 12 of SBS’s Friday-Saturday drama Good Partner, which aired on the 6th, Cha Eun-kyung (Jang Na-ra) was taken aback upon discovering that her longtime friend Jung Woo-jin (Kim Joon-han) had become the CEO of Daejung Law Firm.

On that day, Oh Dae-gyu (Jung Jae-sung) assigned a high-profile divorce case from Cheon Hwan-sa, CEO of Cheonjaedan, to Han Yu-ri instead of Team Leader Cha Eun-kyung. However, Cheon Hwan-seo (Kwak Si-yang) insisted on having Cha Eun-kyung handle the case, claiming Han Yu-ri was not meeting his expectations. Consequently, Cha Eun-kyung and Han Yu-ri ended up co-defending the case.

During a meeting with Cheonjaedan’s hospital director, Cha Eun-kyung was shocked to learn that Jung Woo-jin was identified as the CEO of Daejung Law Firm. Jung Woo-jin, who had concealed his identity as Oh Dae-gyu’s son for 14 years, apologized to Cha Eun-kyung. She responded with disbelief, saying, “How could you lie to me for 14 years while seeing me every day? You should have waited until the case was over. Are you using the Cheonjae Group for Daejung’s benefit?”

Cha Eun-kyung then accused Jung Woo-jin of being complicit in Cheon Hwan-seo’s actions, stating, “Now everything makes sense. You knew Cheon Hwan-seo assaulted Yoo Ji-young, and yet you’re still trying to please the Cheonjae Group.” Jung Woo-jin defended himself, explaining that he was pressured by the CEO, but Cha Eun-kyung expressed her disappointment, saying, “Did you think it was amusing? You told me to be honest because we’re on the same team. Jung Woo-jin, you’re so contradictory.”

Meanwhile, when the case encountered complications, Cheon Hwan-seo confronted Cha Eun-kyung in her office, displaying his violent nature. When Cha Eun-kyung questioned whether Cheon Hwan-seo’s wife had tortured him, he threatened her, saying, “So what are you going to do about it? Defend yourself.”

Cha Eun-kyung recorded the threatening remarks and shared them with Jung Woo-jin, announcing her decision to withdraw from the case alongside Han Yu-ri, stating, “The truth is at stake. If I must leave Daejung for this, so be it.”

In a shocking turn of events at the drama’s end, Cha Eun-kyung visited Cheon Hwan-seo’s home after receiving a call, only to find Yoo Ji-young, who had been murdered by Cheon Hwan-seo, lying dead, leaving viewers stunned.
