In 2017, a few months after KARD’s Somin debut, she said during an interview, “one of the most important beauty tips is choosing the right foundation. To look good, you must pick the proper foundation shade and type.” Then she went on to share some of her secret beauty and skincare tips.
1. Cleansing Oil
Having a clean face is the first step of proper skincare. You can’t just slather moisturizer all over a dirty face and expect it to work. Like an artist working on a canvas, you have to make sure that your face is clean enough to absorb the vitamins and active ingredients from your skincare products.
KARD Somin shared that she likes to use oil cleansers to make sure dirt and makeup are wiped away. We recommend DHC’s Deep Cleansing Oil. It’s an olive oil-based cleanser that thoroughly dissolves dirt and makeup. It’s also rich in vitamins and antioxidants. 2. Cleansing Pad

3. Serum

This reset oil is a combination of various seed oils that include sunflower and meadowfoam, encapsulated with the acmella oleracea extract. These ingredients work synergistically to plump and smoothen the skin like botox.
4. Cetaphil Moisturizer
KARD’s Somin swears by the Cetaphil moisturizer! Even US Dermatologists too. It has a mild formula that is non-irritating and is safe for everyday use. On top of that, it has SPF 15 that protects the skin from UVA/UVB damage, which is the primary cause of fo premature wrinkles and aging.
