Kim Young-dae has taken on the role of OST contributor for Perfect Family.
The third OST for KBS 2TV’s Wednesday-Thursday drama Perfect Family, featuring Kim Young-dae, was released on September 6th at 12 PM across various music platforms.
With the drama now at its eighth episode, the tension escalates as crises confront Choi Sun-hee (Park Joo-hyun), Ji Hyun-woo (Lee Si-woo), and Lee Soo-yeon (Choi Ye-bin) following the death of Park Kyung-ho (Kim Young-dae). The newly released third OST, titled Unrequited Love, adds an extra layer of emotion to the series. This track marks Kim Young-dae’s debut as an OST artist.
Unrequited Love, performed by Kim Young-dae, conveys the essence of love that remains unspoken and the hesitation of someone who struggles to express their feelings. The song’s atmospheric quality is enhanced by its hazy synth sounds and gentle ballad style, paired with Kim Young-dae’s warm and soothing voice, which is expected to deepen the drama’s impact.
Following contributions from Jeokjae and Kim Ho-jung, all eyes are on who will be the next to lend their voice to the Perfect Family OST, which now features Kim Young-dae’s poignant addition.
Perfect Family is a mystery thriller that explores how a seemingly ideal family starts to unravel as they suspect one another following the murder of their daughter’s friend.
