Meet The 15 Year Old Dancer Who Helped Choreograph Red Velvet’s “Psycho”

Red Velvet‘s hit comeback “Psycho” was recently revealed to be choreographed by someone special!

 

One of its key choreographers is none other than Bailey Sok, a 15-year old dancer from California.

She revealed on her Instagram page that it was her first time to work on a K-Pop song.

wowowow. so incredibly grateful to have been a part of choreographing for Red Velvet’s new song ‘Psycho.’ this was the first time i’ve set my own choreography on a kpop group and i learned so much throughout this process. being on the creative side of a job like this felt very new and scary but it was a dream. thank you to my friends who were a part of the skeleton crew! huge thank you SM Entertainment for trusting and believing in me! check out the full music video!

Bailey Sok

 

Mina Myoung, formerly from 1MILLION dance studio, was another part of the team that created the iconic moves for “Psycho”.

 

Bailey Sok, in particular, is one many are keeping their eyes out for especially in the K-Pop industry.

 

She was born on February 4, 2004, and is of Korean descent. Her mother even won the coveted Miss Korea competition years back.

Bailey began dancing when she was only three years old. Her mother reportedly signed her up for dance class after being offered a “Pay for two kids and you get one for free” promotion in a studio.

 

 

She is popular on social media for her dancing, her Instagram account having over 1.3 million followers and her Youtube account having almost 200 thousand subscribers.

 

She is further known for her sharp moves and creative choreography. At the young age of 15, Bailey already won a number of awards such a “The Pulse Protégés Elite Alumni since season 2016/2017 (lifetime title)”, “Regional Petite Miss Showbiz 2013” and “Regional WCDE Elite Mini Dancer 2014”.

 

She also helped choreograph the popular “POP/STARS” by K/DA from League of Legends.
