According to local media reports, military authorities are going the extra mile to ensure safety for all during BTS Jin‘s arrival at the training center, marking the start of enlistment. After his enlistment date was revealed to the public, Jin went on Weverse to request everyone to refrain from coming to the training center, keeping people’s safety and privacy in mind. Despite his evident reluctance to make this a public affair, there have been several reports of international tourists booking hotels near the area, as well as locals putting up banners with his name to commercialize his enlistment. Fans were understandably worried about the artist’s privacy, but if the current reports are accurate, it looks like Jin will be able to get inside the training center without having to interact with a possible crowd at all.

According to Korean media, Jin will enlist with some 200 new recruits on the same day. His assigned training center’s parking lot is located inside the main gate, which means only those who have the enlistment notice and their families will be allowed to get through. The local police will dispatch around 270 riot police to patrol the area. It is said that the squad would include female and foreign officers who are able to interpret, keeping the potential crowd in mind. To crack down on illegal merchants, the Yoncheon district office will also set up 60 task force officers.

The military, fire department, and local government are expected to set up a comprehensive control center to monitor the situation thoroughly. There will also be on-site ambulances for emergencies. Apart from Jin’s personal WeVerse post, BIGHIT MUSIC also put out an official announcement stating that there would be no official event on the day of Jin’s recruitment and asked fans to respect the privacy of the people attending the entrance ceremony. Fans on social media have also been very proactive in warning each other to refrain from crowding the place against the artist’s wishes.
