NewJeans’ Minji Spills That Song “GODS” Was Originally Explicit

There could have been an explicit NewJeans song?!

NewJeans sang the theme song for the 2023 League of Legends World Championship called “GODS,” which was released on October 4.

Minji held a live broadcast recently and revealed that the song was originally explicit. She explained that the lyrics, “Bad girl woke up and chose violence,” had been slightly different.

The original lyrics were “Bad b*tch woke up and chose violence,” but it changed due to NewJeans’ predominantly young fanbase.

We had to change it for young Bunnies. So, we change it as a bad girl. It was’t bad girl before.
