Prince Lee Soo-hyuk looks impressive in the photos above, but what really catches my attention about this show is Queen Woo and the actress playing the title role. I’ve enjoyed her performances in Ballerina and Wedding Impossible, and I’m hoping she delivers another standout performance in this drama.
Meanwhile, Young-bok Sachiko’s storyline reminds me of Ha Ji-won’s character, Ja Geum Soon, in Curtain Call, who was separated from her husband and son while fleeing south. Kang Mina has been a delight in Cafe Minamdang, Moonshine, and Welcome to Samdalri, and this will be my first time seeing her in a lead role (though I believe it’s only her second lead role in a short drama). The drama is also expected to feature Ha Jun.
I’m thrilled that Crash is getting a second season. Here’s hoping the TCI team returns with the same cast.
I’m done with season 1 and have decided not to watch Gyeongsong Creature season 2.
