Kang Hanna, Go Kyung-pyo

  • Go Kyung-pyo (Connect) and Kang Hanna (Red Heart) have been paired for JTBC’s new rom-com, No Secrets (working title). Still in the planning stages, the story will have Kang playing a variety show writer, who sees a chance to turn lemons into lemonade when announcer Go suddenly develops an inability to filter his words.   • A new poster has dropped for tvN’s Pandora, showcasing our story’s main five players: Lee Jia (Penthouse 3), Lee Sang-yoon (One the Woman), Jang Hee-jin (The Red Sleeve Cuff), Park Ki-woong (The King’s Affection), and Bong Tae-kyu (Penthouse 3). The revenge-thriller premieres next month on March 11. [News1]

  • Yoon Kye-sang (Kiss Sixth Sense) has been confirmed for ENA’s Day of Kidnapping (roughly translated), acting alongside Park Sung-hoon (The Glory), Kim Shin-rok (Reborn Rich), and Kim Sang-ho (Bad Prosecutor) among other talents.   • Jin Ki-joo (Showtime Begins!) has been added to the cast of Uncle Sam-shik, joining the powerhouse lineup led by Song Kang-ho (Emergency Declaration), Byun Yo-han (Mr. Sunshine), Lee Kyu-hyung (Big Bet), and Seo Hyun-woo (Behind Every Star).   • TVING released new posters for their sci-fi Duty After School, which has Shin Hyun-soo (Critical X) and Im Se-mi (The Empire) leading a troop of student soldiers to defend the school and the planet against alien invaders. Directed by PD Sung Yong-il (Class of Lies) with scripts by Yoon Soo, the battle for human survival begins this March. [News1]
  • SBS’s Taxi Driver team has been re-assembled for season two’s newest teaser, revving up the engines for the premiere this week on February 17.   • SBS has been keeping busy with Romantic Guest House as well, which stars Shin Ye-eun (The Glory), Ryeoun (Through the Darkness), Kang Hoon (Little Women), and Jung Geon-joo (Kiss Sixth Sense).
