RIIZE, who recently made their Japanese debut, has claimed the top spot on local music charts.

The group—comprising Shotaro, Eunseok, Sungchan, Wonbin, Sohee, and Anton—officially launched their career in Japan on September 5 with their debut single, “Lucky.” The single has achieved significant success, securing first place on both the Oricon Weekly Single Chart and the Billboard Japan Top Single Sales Chart for the week of September 2 to September 8.

On the morning of September 10, Oricon highlighted RIIZE’s achievement with an article titled “RIIZE, Japanese Debut Single Takes No. 1” on their website, showcasing the group’s rapid rise following their debut.

The single features three tracks: the title song “Lucky,” which boldly addresses love; “Be My Next,” a heartfelt expression of the emotions felt at the start of a relationship; and “Same Key,” which was featured as the OST for the Japanese drama ‘Smear Your Face.’

To celebrate their debut, RIIZE is also engaging in local promotions, including a pop-up store for “Lucky” at the Tokyo Universal Music Store Harajuku and a special collaboration with DreamWorks Animation’s ‘Good Luck Trolls.’
