Over the weekend, SM Entertainment announced which seven members will be featuring on the title track for NCT 2020’s debut as well as two other tracks. On September 29, Tuesday, they then revealed which members will participate in the other upcoming tracks. Want to know the member combinations? Read on below!

The title track of NCT 2020’s debut is “Make a Wish (Birthday Song)” and will be included in their first group album “NCT 2020 : RESONANCE Pt.1”. The members which will be featuring on the song will be Taeyong, Doyoung, Jaehyun, Jaemin, Lucas, Xiaojun, and Shotaro. “Make a Wish (Birthday Song)” is a pop-dance song with an addicting whistle riff and a hip-hop beat.

For their other song “From Home”, the song will b sung by Taeil, Doyoung, Kun, Haechan, Yuta, Renjun, and Chenle. The song will be released in Korea, Chinese, and Japanese, as this group of members is the most international one of all. “From Home” is an R&B ballad.

The song “Volcano” will feature members Taeyong, Jaehyun, Winwin, Mark, Doyoung, Jungwoo, and Lucas. Notably, all the members of this group are part of NCT 127. “Volcano” is a powerful hip-hop dance song that will show off the boys powerful side.

On September 29, they revealed which members will be part of the song “Misfit”, a 90s inspired hip-hop track, and “Dancing In The Rain”, a warm and jazzy song that draws influences from R&B and hip-hop.
The members who will be participating in “Misfit” are Johnny, Taeyong, Mark, Hendery, Jeno, Yangyan, and Sungchan. “Dancing In The Rain” will be sung by Taeil, Yuta, Kun, Jungwoo, Xiaojun, Chenle, and Johnny.

ABOUT NCT
NCT is a South Korean boy group under SM Entertainment. NCT is identified for its unique concept of having unlimited members divided into multiple sub-units. The group was first introduced in 2016 and, as of September 2020, is composed of 23 members. The mmbers age from their late-teens to their mid-twenties.
The group’s first sub-unit, NCT U, debuted on April 9, 2016. The Seoul-based unit, NCT 127, debuted next on July 7, 2016. Their then-teenage only sub-unit NCT Dream debuted on August 24, 2016. NCT’s first-ever overseas localized sub-unit WayV debuted on January 17, 2019, and the group is based in both China and South Korea.
In 2018, SM Entertainment debuted a project all of the NCT members. At the time, NCT was composed of 18 members. The project was called NCT 2018. The project included a full-length album titled “NCT 2018: EMPATHY” which featured six singles from all current units. NCT U released “Boss”, “Baby Don’t Stop”, and “Yestoday”. NCT 27 realeased “Touch”, NCT Dream released “GO”, and NCT 2018 released “Black on Black”, in which all the members take part in the performance of the song.
A similar project is being done for NCT 2020, in which all 23 members of NCT will be participating. Instead of sticking with the sub-units they debuted in, however, the members have been shuffled and members from different sub-units will be working together to release songs that will be included in the full-length album “NCT 2020 : RESONANCE Pt.1”.
