1. Ha Sungwoon

Ha Sungwoon has said that he was initially nervous about competing on the show but ended up gaining confidence through it.
2. Red Velvet’s Joy

The idol showed off her skill by performing the oldie but goodie K-pop song “Just in Love” by S.E.S. She boasted vocal abilities that aren’t usually heard in Red Velvet songs, flaunting vocal skills that even first-generation idols would compliment. Throughout her performance, she wowed people with her honey voice and clear vocals.

3. Kim Jaehwan

Kim Jaehwan proved his amazing vocal ability and versatility by covering Ailee’s “Don’t Touch Me”, a song originally sang by a woman! Throughout the performance, he easily switched from low notes to high notes, with judges even agreeing that the man behind the mask had to be a singer because of his amazing talents! Because of his abilities, Kim Jaehwan was able to advance to the third round, surprising everyone with his top-tier singing abilities.

4. SPICA’s Yang Jiwon

Former SPICA member Yang Jiwon charmed fans with her appealing voice as she sang “Goodbye Tears” by IVY on “King of Masked Singer”. Though she is no longer active as an idol, her singing skills prove she is an experienced and talented singer. During her time on the show, she revealed she had a part-time job as a green juice delivery woman, moving the fans to tears.

5. Henry Lau

Henry Lau hyped up the crowd with his cover of Lee Seung Gi’s “Because You Are My Woman”, once again proving his talent. During the time he appeared on the show, Henry was mostly known for his appearances on his variety shows. His participation in “King of Masked Singer” had reminded people just how talented of a musician he is. He flaunted his powerful vocals which captured the hearts of all the women watching.
6. Laboum’s Solbin

Solbin proved she is much more than just a pretty face when she participated in “King of Masked Singer”. On the show, she sang “It’s Strange WIth You” by Acoustic Collabo. She sang the song smoothly without a hitch, allowing the listeners to truly hear the heart of the song. The panelists praised her for having such a rich voice.
7. BTOB’s Eunkwang

Lead vocalist and music actor Eunkwang took fans on a trip as he sang “Already to Me” by Lim Chang Jung. Though the song started out calm in the beginning, he boasted an impressive and explosive vocal ability once he had to sing high notes, showing off the song’s mournful emotions. He has stated that he wishes to compete again, and fans are waiting for the day he takes the stage once more.
