Dreamcatcher gave fans a sneak peek of their upcoming title track “BEcause”!
On the July 28 episode of MBC every1’s “Weekly Idol,” Dreamcatcher appeared as guests ahead of their comeback with their special mini album “Summer Holiday,” which is due out on July 30 at 6 p.m. KST.
During the show, the group performed their new comeback track “BEcause” for the very first time. JiU explained, “Dreamcatcher’s ‘BEcause’ is a song with an occult-like vibe. It’s about intense love that changes into obsession.”
Dreamcatcher also explained that the letters “BE” were capitalized in “BEcause” in order to highlight the double meaning of the title. “It means both ‘because’ [in English] and the word ‘be‘ in Korean, which means sadness.”
