tvN’s “Hospital Playlist 2” has continued its streak of reaching a new all-time high with every episode!

On July 8, the fourth episode of “Hospital Playlist 2” achieved the highest viewership ratings of the season thus far, rising to an average nationwide rating of 11.0 percent. Additionally, the drama took first place in its time slot not only among all viewers, but also among the key demographic of viewers ages 20 to 49, with whom it scored a nationwide average of 7.3 percent and a peak of 9.0 percent.

Meanwhile, tvN’s “My Roommate Is a Gumiho” enjoyed a modest rise in viewership from its previous episode, scoring an average nationwide rating of 3.5 percent for the night. The romantic comedy also took first place in its time slot across all cable channels among viewers ages 20 to 49, with whom it scored a nationwide average of 2.3 percent and a peak of 2.7 percent.

MBC’s “On the Verge of Insanity” and JTBC’s “Monthly Magazine Home,” which air at the same time as “Hospital Playlist 2” on Thursdays, both suffered a slight dip in viewership compared to Wednesday due to the popularity of the hit medical drama. The latest episode of “On the Verge of Insanity” scored an average nationwide rating of 3.0 percent, while “Monthly Magazine Home” earned an average rating of 2.0 percent.
