IZ*ONE made their comeback after a difficult period for the team with their first full album BLOOM*IZ which featured the title track, “FIESTA.”
According to the Hanteo Chart, a total of 184,000 copies of BLOOM*IZ were sold for the first day and first week of release. This record is higher than their previous album sales record which is 154,000 albums sold. IZ*ONE is the first girl group to have sold 180,000+ copies of albums on its first day of release.
IZ*ONE also broke records with their previous album, HEART*IZ, showing that they are getting stronger than ever as they continue to break records consecutively.
BLOOM*IZ has also shown its power through the music charts, where “FIESTA” ranked number 1 on Korean music streaming sites, Bugs and Soribada.
The album title, BLOOM*IZ is a combination of the words, “bloom” and “IZ*ONE” which has the meaning, “blooming flowers.” They have constantly lived up to their flower concept ever since debut with title tracks, “La Vie En Rose,” and “Violetta.”
