‘Brewing Love’: Kim Se-jeong Transforms into a Sales Queen
The production team of ENA’s new Monday-Tuesday drama Brewing Love, set to premiere on Monday, November 4, released stills of Kim Se-jeong, who has completely transformed into the passionate sales queen of a liquor company, Chae Yong-ju, on the 14th.
Brewing Love depicts a thrilling romance between Yong-ju (Kim Se-jeong), a sales queen who skillfully hides her emotions, and Min-ju (Lee Jong-won), the ‘super-sensitive’ brewery CEO who can sense her feelings every day.
Expectations are particularly high for the performance of the ‘romantic comedy goddess’ Kim Se-jeong, who is returning to the genre after two years. Kim Se-jeong plays the legendary sales queen Chae Yong-ju, who has conquered the industry with her passion. Yong-ju, like a sharp lager, devotes herself to her organization with strong physical strength, resilience, and unique cheerfulness, befitting a former special forces soldier.
To protect the sales office where she has worked for six years, she embarks on a special mission, and a man who understands her heart better than she does appears, ultimately changing her life.
Kim Se-jeong expressed, “I think I will be able to provide comfort to people who have lost themselves while living for others through the process of Yong-ju and Min-ju growing together. I also look forward to showcasing various interesting episodes that occur in the liquor industry.” She added, reflecting on working with director Park Sun-ho again after the much-loved Business Proposal, “Even though it is a new project, it feels like returning to my hometown that I missed. It’s a place where we can understand each other deeply.”
The first episode is scheduled to air on ENA at 10 p.m. on Monday, November 4.
