They say K-pop idols are ageless, which is proven by some of these male stars, who are the oldest active members in their groups but are still oozing with charisma.
Second generation idols remain iconic even after some time – they still rule in the industry until today. They are well-respected by their juniors for catapulting the Hallyu wave locally and internationally. Now that they are in their mid-30s, they are still active in the industry and are not way behind in terms of charisma.
1. Super Junior Leeteuk (37 years old)

On top of the list and the oldest active male idol is Leeteuk of Super Junior as he was born on July 1, 1983. He gives a huge contribution to his band being the leader. He started at training at the age of 13. He is also lauded for his composing skills, playing the piano, and hosting.

Another Super Junior in this list is the bubbly Kim Heechul. He has been known for his comical TV appearances, aside from being an idol. But one can never deny his charisma and soulful vocals, and it’s safe to say that he and TWICE’s Momo are lucky to have each other.

He is one of the trio group members as the lead dancer, visual, and vocalist. Being an adopted child, he mentioned that he has eight older sisters from the family. One of his recognitions is being the wealthiest K-pop idol back in 2017, having a net worth of USD 100 million.

He is the leader of the duo TVXQ, who loves reading, composing music, and a sporty one too. One of the most painful events that happened to Yunho was when an anti-fan made him drink something with superglue, which took him to the hospital. He fortunately recovered.

With these K-pop idols reaching their 30s, it doesn’t mean they lost the taste of stardom. In fact, they have successfully approached the age wherein they remain recognized by the new generation, and are lauded for their contributions to the industry, proving that they’ve made the most in their career.
