Earlier in May, BTS’s RM was spotted at the Seoul branch of the National Museum of Modern And Contemporary Art and received much attention. This museum, which was temporarily closed due to the pandemic, recently reopened through reservations only starting on May 6.
The following day, May 7, people spotted a tall guy with a mask on at the museum. Although he tried to be as discrete as possible, museum officials recognized him right away and rushed to greet him. RM is also a popular figure in the art industry for his love and admiration for the contemporary arts.
A social media-based art news platform called artinmuseum posted photos of RM at the exhibition through their Instagram page as well.
They revealed that RM had visited the MMCASeoul on May 7 and met with the director of the National Museum of Modern and Contemporary Art, Yun Bum Mo.

RM also gave positive influence to his younger fans as he practiced safe social distancing while enjoying his hobby of visiting art museums. The art museum reopened with reservations that only took small amounts of people in at a time.
RM previously purchased a painting by Joung Young Ju, showing his true appreciation for the arts.
