BLACKPINK has officially dropped a teaser poster for their upcoming full-album, as promised by YG Entertainment.

BLACKPINK’s has set the release of their first full-length album on October 2. YG Entertainment posted a surprise poster for the release of BLACKPINK’s first full-length album on its official Twitter page on the 28th.

A shiny pink crown on a black background catches the eyes of the netizens. In addition to the labels “THE ALBUM” and “2020.10.02,” BLACKPINK’s logo positioned on the center of the design strongly represents the confidence and glamour of the girls. As it is the first full-length album released by BLACKPINK, and it’s also breaking records for the title of “World’s Best” wit mega hits for each song released, global music fans are paying keen attention to it.

With this, BLACKPINK is expected to continue its “10 Days Walk” until its full-length album release on October 2. This will follow after the group released their second song in August. In particular, YG’s official announcement, “BLACKPINK will focus on the global market in 2020 with systematic and thorough planning and practice,” shocked the fans.

They also hinted that “the global project underway with Universal Music, the world’s largest music group, is going well step by step to make BLACKPINK’s leap forward even bigger.”

The music video for “How You Like That,” also recorded 86.3 million views on its first day. It was officially listed in a total of five Guinness World Records categories, including “Most views of YouTube videos in 24 hours of release.” Besides, the number of subscribers to the YouTube channel has increased by 5 million in about a month, becoming the world’s number one female artist in the field beyond Ariana Grande.

Meanwhile, BLACKPINK’s second new song, which will be released in August, is expected to have a special collaboration artist that is yet to be revealed. Rumors have it that Ariana Grande or Charlie Puth will collaborate with the girls.
