Fashion is arguably one of the biggest parts of the K-Pop industry and a massive force in the rest of the world. As fashion trends worldwide rise and fall, many K-Pop idols often wear the same outfits for their official events and schedules.
This recently happened with BLACKPINK‘s Jennie and ITZY‘s Yeji.
The two stars both wore the BITTER CELLS Eco Leather Lacing Jacket in its black and white option. In addition to being available in green and red, the jacket retailed ₩109,000 KRW (about $86.00 USD). It is a racer-style jacket with the BITTER CELLS logo on a patch on one sleeve with the letters “Btcls” on the back.
ITZY’s Yeji wore the jacket during the group’s fan meeting event on February 23.
Yeji showed off more of her full outfit in a series of photos on Instagram. The singer wore a plain white button-up shirt with a loosely hanging tie around her neck, giving full “girl-crush” vibes!
Jennie wore the jacket for BLACKPINK’s Born Pink concerts in Houston.
She paired the look with a rhinestone bikini top and red leather mini shorts. Jennie’s look was so popular that the jacket immediately went out of stock after the show!
