Police have arrested a KBS comedian after his face was caught on tape installing a hidden camera.
According a report by the Chosun Ilbo on the 4th, “A’s face was caught in the hidden camera footage that was illegally installed at KBS ‘Gag Concert’ women’s bathroom. ‘A’ reportedly tried to show his face to see if the hidden camera was working properly.”
Police were able to identify A from the recording and tracked him down. In the process, A voluntarily appeared at the police station on the 1st and completed the first round of questioning.
On the 2nd, ‘Ga Se Yeon’ made headlines after alleging that the hidden camera criminal was reportedly comedian Park Dae Sung (31) who joined KBS in July 2018.
In the meantime, a KBS official revealed that “the company has launched a full scale investigation into women-only spaces at their locations world-wide and are preparing prevention measures including adding CCTV equipment and strengthening access procedures.”
