  • The main cast has been announced for Netflix’s new crime-thriller Karma (previously Ill-Fated Relationship), lining up Park Hae-soo (Narco-Saints), Shin Mina (Our Blues), and Lee Hee-joon (Behind Every Star), along with Kim Sung-kyun (Moving), Lee Kwang-soo (The Killer’s Shopping List), and Gong Seung-yeon (The First Responders 2). Based on a webtoon by the same title, filmmaker Lee Il-hyung (Remember, A Violent Prosecutor) will be both writing and directing. [News1]
  • Park Sung-woong (The Killing Vote) confirmed casting for TVING’s Good or Bad Dong-jae, acting alongside the title character’s Lee Jun-hyuk (Vigilante) in the Forest of Secrets spin-off. Slated to release sometime next year, production for the crime series is currently in filming with the original writer Lee Soo-yeon (Grid) as creator, PD Park Gun-ho directing, and scripts by Hwang Ha-jung and Kim Sang-won.   • The promos are in full swing for Netflix’s upcoming Sweet Home 2, with a new poster and video teaser coming out this past week. Launching next month on December 1, the horror story’s second season will be unsettling our screens with a mix of old and new faces, including returning leads Song Kang (Forecasting Love and Weather), Lee Jin-wook (Welcome to Wedding Hell), and Lee Shi-young (Grid).   • Casting continues for tvN’s Please Marry My Husband, with singer BoA (This Week, My Wife Will Have an Affair) now added to the lineup – her first acting project in about seven years.   • Yoon Je-moon (Reborn Rich) has been added to the cast of KBS’s new mystery Let’s Get Grabbed by the Collar (working title), joining Kim Haneul (Kill Heel), Yeon Woo-jin (Daily Dose of Sunshine), and Jang Seung-jo (Strangers Again). Written by Bae Soo-young with PD Lee Ho at the helm, the webnovel adaptation is slated to air in the Monday-Tuesday slot next year. [Star News]
