1. BTS’s J-Hope

J-Hope is a native of Buk-gu, Gwangju, from the Jeolla province. The idol boasts a unique ability to speak in the Jeolla-do dialect. BTS fans have become addicted to how adorable when he speaks in the dialect, with fans especially liking when he says “Atta” and “Waeme”.

2. WINNER’s Jinwoo

Kim Jinwoo, a member of WINNER, is from Imjado, Mokpo, which is also found in the Jeolla province. While WINNER fans love the idol for his beautiful and ethereal appearance and clear voice when he sings, they agree that when he speaks in the dialect, he shows off a unique and unexpected charm.

3. TVXQ’s Yunho

Yunho, another native from Gwangju, Jeolla-do, caught viewers’ attention when he appeared on MBC’s “I Live Alone” and spoke in the Jeolla-do dialect. Fans were fascinated by the fact that he mixes up the dialect and the standard Korean way of speaking, which leads fans to believe that living in Seoul caused him to learn to switch between the two effortlessly.

4. SEVENTEEN’s Dino

SEVENTEEN member Dino, who hails from Iksan in the North Jeolla province, is often caught slipping into the Jeolla-do accent when speaking comfortably with his members and playing games with them. His adorable way of speaking when using the dialect has become one of his major charm points and the cause of capturing hearts everywhere.

5. GOT7’s Youngjae

Youngjae, who is from Mokpo in the South Jeolla province, often slips into the dialect when he is on broadcasts or live streams.
