Top 5 Kpop MVs: Heavy-hitting Comebacks

Y’all, ATEEZ made a comeback this week. Do you REALLY expect me to talk about anything else? I mean, I will, but ATEEZ!! Come see what else caught my eye this week — it’s been a good week for comebacks, and this fangirl has been VERY happy.

Wanna know which ATEEZ songs are my favorite? Check out the Maknae’s Favorite ATEEZ on Spotify!

Oneus – “Come Back Home”

This is the official MV for the song Oneus debuted on Road to Kingdom. There’s a larger narrative at play, but for this MV, enjoy the movie-quality drama interspersed with the boys’ on-point performance. Listen for Seoho’s high notes — they give me chills EVERY TIME.

WayV – “Bad Alive

I would be in serious trouble with the other fangirls if I didn’t include WayV’s newest MV. Enjoy this dark, heavy club anthem and WayV’s stunning visuals!

XRO – “Welcome to My Jungle”

Here’s another heavy-hitting hiphop anthem from a debut group called XRO. They seem pretty solid — I’ll be keeping an eye on them!

Yoon Du Jun – “Lonely Night”

Somebody didn’t waste any time after he got out of the military! Highlight’s Doo Joon (or Du Jun, don’t ask me) is back with a grounded ballad that sets him up well for a solo comeback.

ATEEZ – “Inception

Y’all, you should be seriously impressed that I held off until the end to gush about ATEEZ’s comeback MV! We have fire, we have water (seriously, what is UP with the flooded set theme in MVs lately??), we have the boys chasing dreams and nightmares and generally being amazing. And Seonghwa is awfully proud of his abs, but we won’t hold that against him.

There’s been a LOT more going on in the kpop world, but I like to stay focused. Come see what I have in my pocket for next week, because a few of my *other* favorites had their comebacks too!

What comebacks are making your ears happy, k-fans? Drop down in the comments and let me know!

Until the next MV drops, I remain —
