Fragile kdrama – Episode 6 Recap and Spoilers.
Fragile depicts the ‘clumsy first love’ of teenagers and the complicated love strife that ensues, from the pregnancy suspicion and anorexia episode to the kissing scandal and brawl.
In episode 6 of Fragile released on U+ Mobile TV on Monday the 14th, a brawl broke out between ‘boyfriend who could not live without’ Noh Chan-sung and ‘the main character of the surprise kiss’ Nam Do-ha surrounding ‘the center of the Joongang High School scandal’ Park Ji-yoo. As a result, the relationship of ‘official Joongang High School couple’ Park Ji-yoo and Noh Chan-sung was once again in crisis. ‘Lovely gold digger’ Jeon Mina faced the dire consequences of her ‘super love affair’ with ‘popular third-year boy’ Nam Do-ha, whom she had tried hard to ignore with blurry eyes all this time.
In episode 6, Jeon Mina, who made the shocking confession that she had not had her period since meeting Nam Do-ha, visited an obstetrics and gynecology clinic with her friends. Jeon Mina carefully held out a pregnancy test, saying, “This… is two lines, right?”, but was relieved when she heard that the test result was negative. Along with that, the doctor pointed out that the condition of Jeon Mi-na, a ‘pro-ana’ who was ruining her health with extreme dieting, was “a shortcut to getting sick.”
After visiting an OB/GYN, Jeon Mi-na and a group of friends decided to “go and step on Nam Do-ha” and stormed into his classroom. However, Nam Do-ha shamelessly said, “Where are the kids as easy as you guys?”, “I just love a lot.” On Jeon Mi-na’s behalf, who was hurt and shedding tears, ‘girl crush girl’ Seo A-ra expressed her anger, saying, “My ears are rotting. You piece of trash, you b*tch.” Nam Do-ha and Seo A-ra got angry and confronted each other, and the situation was brought to a close when Nam Do-ha and Yoon Soo-ho, who was the ‘top 3 popular girls’, stopped them.
Meanwhile, ‘scandal girl’ Park Ji-yu had become estranged from Noh Chan-sung, who was dying because of the kissing scandal with Nam Do-ha and the stigma of stealing her friend’s boyfriend. While talking to reconcile, the two ran into Nam Do-ha who was walking down the hallway. In this situation, Nam Do-ha sarcastically said, “Honestly, isn’t I better than him?” and Noh Chan-sung got angry and threw a punch, which led to a physical fight. This incident worsened the already estranged relationship between Park Ji-yu and Noh Chan-sung.
In the meantime, after Park Ji-yu reconciled with Jeon Mi-na, she was shocked to hear Jeon Mi-na say, “Kang San knew that I was dating Nam Do-ha.” Noh Chan-sung’s close friend Kang San retorted, “Why didn’t you tell me?” when Park Ji-yu asked, “Why do you need so many excuses? It’s frustrating to see you.” He then confessed his worries, saying, “I can’t even express myself properly when I see the person I like struggling.”
The next day, Kang San came to Park Ji-yu’s classroom and called Jeon Mi-na out, drawing everyone’s attention. Kang San confessed to Park Ji Yu, “I like Jeon Mi Na,” foreshadowing the birth of a new couple. The tangled ‘Jungang High School love line’ will continue in the next episode of Fragile.
