During an episode of My Little Old Boy, Super Junior‘s Heechul was out having a meal with Soyou and Jung Jun Ha. Heechul found himself wondering, out of all the parts of the chicken that were available to eat… why exactly were they eating dakbal (chicken feet)?
Soyou and Jun Ha asked whether Heechul ate jokbal (pig feet), and when he replied in the affirmative, they were left feeling muddled over why chicken feet were so different. Until he explained… He only eats jokbal deboned.
Heechul explained that looking at the shape of the chicken feet, even though it was deboned, was unpalatable to him.
Soyou, a dakbal enthusiast, immediately called for an order of rice so that she could help Heechul get over his hang-ups, but not before calling Heechul out for having the palate of a child.
After receiving the order of rice, Soyou quickly assembles a dakbal hand roll of sorts…
Although Soyou’s creation looked great, it was obvious that Heechul was still uncomfortable with the idea (and visual).
He ate it, despite not looking exactly keen on it.
