HYBE is one of the biggest entertainment companies around. They are the parent company of numerous other agencies including Source Music (LE SSERAFIM), KOZ Entertainment (Zico), ADOR (NewJeans) and more.
Every single idol under HYBE has access to various exclusive spots inside the building that only they and the company employees can use. One of these places is a gym that is complete with everything they may need.

1. Treadmills
First up, idols who enter the fitness center are free to use the treadmills and ellipticals. This way, they can get their cardio fix done while staying inside the comfort and privacy of the building.
2. Weight Training Machines
As for weight training, the employees and artists are in luck. Numerous weight machines that help target specific muscle groups are available.
3. Free Weights
The other side of the floor features a free space to use when one decides to try the free weights.
4. Yoga & Stretch Studio
In one of the smaller rooms inside the gym is a yoga and stretch studio that comes complete with mats and rollers. There are also machines that can help check one’s physical progress over time.
LE SSERAFIM’s Kazuha often frequents this room to improve her flexibility, unsurprising given that she’s a former professional ballerina.
BONUS: Bathroom
Finally, no gym would be complete without a bathroom. HYBE’s is no different, offering several bathroom stalls where artists and employees can shower after a fulfilling session.
They even allow them to freely cop t-shirts in various sizes that they can use before or after their workouts.
