A recent Korean government report reveals that BTS and Lee Min Ho are the biggest Korean celebrities around the globe.
The report was published on January 28 and was announced by Korea’s Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism and the Korean Foundation for International Culture Exchange. It surveyed 8,500 respondents from 18 different countries, including the United States, China, and Japan, the netizens answered various questions related to Korean content.
and here are the results:
22% chose BTS as their favorite K-kpop idols, 9.6% chose Lee Min Ho as their favorite Korean actor. Oscar-winning movie “Parasite” topped favorite Korean film chart with 18.4%, while “Pucca” won the favorite animated character with 21.4%.
