Synopsis: Cha Jeong Woo was once an emergency medicine doctor, but after losing his lover in a mysterious incident, he turned his back on his former career. Despite his cold demeanor, Jeong Woo inadvertently gains a reputation as a righteous doctor when he becomes involved in a case with homicide detective Lee Min Hyeong.
As they work together, tensions rise between Jeong Woo and Min Hyeong, and their complicated relationship begins to unravel, revealing dark secrets. The truth about Jeong Woo’s past—and the tragic accident that led him to leave his former profession—starts to surface, especially when the mysterious death of a patient ties back to the unresolved trauma he thought was behind him.
As Jeong Woo and Min Hyeong dig deeper into the victims’ cases, they uncover shocking truths. Will they be able to solve the mystery of the past and uncover the truth behind the deaths that still haunt them both?
