I can’t help it, Emma. His face and his acting annoys me lmao.
I understand that my reaction to certain physiognomies and acting is difficult to understand and easy to make personal.
But how many times must I say, it’s not got anything to do with his actual moral character, (which I wouldn’t know from Adam as I refuse to participate in Paras0cialism), or value as a person overall, which has nothing to do with whether I like him or not.
So, equating it with these examples is doing me a disservice, I fear, and severely misunderstanding why I dislike some actors like this.
This is why I dislike Paras0cialism so much, because not only is it on the “positive” end of the spectrum placing your own worth in the validation of people you can NEVER truly know, on the “negative” end of the spectrum it derives moral validation by the scale of virtuousness of other people, who we will also NEVER truly know.
This is NOT what me wanting to punch him in the face is about!!! Lmafo. Truly, it’s not.
I can dislike somebody’s acting and visual aesthetics, without it having any bearing on their (or my, for that matter) actual person. Random celebrities can just annoy me for no reason. I am allowed to not like him in this way!
Let us not also put moral value on Preferences where we don’t need to.
