SM Entertainment is known to start trends in K-Pop, which leads to the development of not only the industry but also the music that is spread all over the world. ‘H.O.T.’ is one of the first ever idol bands ever formed to cater the teenage audience and this group does not only showcase their singing ability but also their dancing. This then started the “Hallyu Wave”, which gave talented young individuals to pursue their dreams to be an artist in the Korean music industry.
Through the years, technology has developed rapidly and SM Entertainment took that to their advantage starting from the creation of group merchandises with AR technology to developing a concert that can be viewed by fans all over the world. SM Entertainment partnered up with Naver VLive to create the series of concerts “Beyond Live”.
The series of concerts started with the newly debuted global group SuperM with ‘Beyond the Future’, followed by Chinese boy group WayV with ‘ Beyond the Vision’.
These concerts will be followed by NCT Dream with ‘Beyond the Dream Show’ and NCT 127 with ‘Beyond the Origin’.
